About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare the necessary documentation for member and client meetings
  • Manage the advisors’ calendars and voicemail
  • Complete account openings, forms and securities transactions as directed by the advisor(s)
  • Handle queries, perform necessary research and propose solutions tailored to member and client needs
  • Produce reports and statistics and prepare related documents
  • Track client account transactions daily and resolve administrative situations
  • Maintain close, regular contact with clients, employees and partners
  • Support business growth, client satisfaction, risk and compliance management, and adherence to policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College diploma in a related field
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience
  • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills are essential
  • Ability to handle daily requests and perform tasks as instructed in accordance with high quality standards
  • Ability to manage sound risk and compliance requirements and adhere to current practices and policies
