About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to the development and maintenance of business relationships with strategic Group Retirement Savings clients
- Ensure the development, implementation, and follow-up of action plans for strategic clients
- Promote solutions and service offerings aligned with business unit objectives and strategies
- Analyze client needs and propose, design, and implement customized solutions
- Work on complex initiatives requiring in-depth knowledge of the field
- Collect and analyze data, write results-oriented reports, and prepare recommendations
- Develop and deliver presentations on products and services to pension committees and clients’ annual general meetings
- Manage complex plan implementations and modifications
- Maintain communication between internal teams and external resources to ensure successful execution
- Support the sales team by participating in finalist meetings and meetings with intermediaries
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience in the group retirement savings industry
- Other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
- Experience delivering presentations to executive-level clients
- Group annuity representative certificate
- Strong communication skills in both French and English, spoken and written
