About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of business relationships with strategic Group Retirement Savings clients
  • Develop, implement, and follow up on action plans for strategic clients
  • Promote solutions and service offerings aligned with business unit objectives and strategies
  • Analyze client needs and propose, design, and implement customized solutions
  • Work on complex initiatives requiring in-depth knowledge of the field
  • Collect and analyze data, write results-oriented reports, and prepare recommendations
  • Develop and deliver presentations on products and services to pension committees and clients’ annual general meetings
  • Manage complex plan implementations and modifications
  • Maintain communication between internal teams and external resources to ensure successful execution
  • Support the sales team by participating in finalist meetings and meetings with intermediaries
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and develop and maintain strong market references

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • A minimum of six years of relevant experience in the group retirement savings industry
  • Other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
  • Experience delivering presentations to executive-level clients
  • Group annuity representative certificate
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English, spoken and written
  • Ability to work with English-speaking partners, members, and clients
  • Action oriented, Customer Focus, Differences, Interpersonal Savvy, Networks, Nimble learning, Strategic mindset
