Key responsibilities & impact

Lead specialized development projects, initiatives and activities that significantly impact the entire organization
Design, update, implement and monitor complex action plans, programs, solutions and tools related to legal and regulatory compliance
Advise clients and partners on positioning, planning, development, execution and monitoring of strategic projects and initiatives
Identify, analyze and diagnose major issues and make recommendations to decision-making bodies
Develop and update policies, standards, models and programs to support strategic projects and initiatives
Offer legal and regulatory compliance programs to internal employees to promote a culture of ethics and compliance
Represent the unit before decision-making bodies
Represent Desjardins’s position when making agreements with external partners and organizations
Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple fields
Serve as specialist advisor, subject matter expert, resource person and coach for decision-making bodies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of six years of relevant experience
Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Knowledge of French is required
