About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prevent, analyze and develop guidelines for suspicious and fraudulent transactions
  • Assist with compliance, internal controls, crisis management, and the security of personal information and property
  • Lead and influence development projects and complex strategic initiatives involving multiple sectors
  • Develop and recommend strategic directions and business positions
  • Advise clients and partners on positioning, planning, development, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects and initiatives

  • Represent the unit before senior management committees and decision-making bodies
  • Represent and negotiate on behalf of Desjardins and enter the organization into agreements with external partners and organizations
  • Serve as an expert advisor, subject matter expert, resource person, and coach for senior management and decision-making bodies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
