About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise clients and partners on positioning, planning, development, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects and initiatives
- Develop and update policies, standards, models, and programs supporting strategic projects and initiatives
- Target, analyze, and diagnose major issues and make recommendations to decision-making bodies
- Represent the unit before decision-making bodies
- Represent Desjardins’s position when making agreements with external partners and organizations
- Lead complex and innovative development projects and strategic initiatives
- Serve as specialist advisor, subject matter specialist, resource, and support person for decision-making bodies
- Coordinate extensively with stakeholders in other fields
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
- Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement
