About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead complex strategic projects and initiatives in collaboration with the product owner and project manager
  • Analyze costs, benefits, risks, constraints, business opportunities and needs to be factored into the project’s scope
  • Identify, formalize and communicate needs and requirements to the various parties involved
  • Formalize business objectives and model processes
  • Co-create required solutions with the project team and collaborators from various sectors, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Analyze impacts with parties involved, and identify prerequisites and internal dependencies
  • Carry out change management activities
  • Support the organization during solution rollouts
  • Contribute to value creation and delivery as a member of the Broker Insurance Solutions Development team
  • Analyze the impact of projects on the organization and influence decision-making bodies to optimize value creation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of six years of relevant experience in a business analyst or equivalent role
  • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
  • Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
  • Expertise in an agile environment and a solid understanding of the methodology adopted in project mode
