About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute to the full recruitment cycle, including proactive candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling group interviews, coordinating background checks and presenting offers to selected candidates
  • Manage candidate pools and participate in prospecting and visibility activities with targeted organizations
  • Solicit and attract passive candidates to fill current positions
  • Promote careers within the Group and support employee development by providing information, advice and feedback as part of the staffing process
  • Participate in development projects related to the evolution of talent acquisition practices
  • Ensure compliance with privacy and information security policies and guidelines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Student enrolled in a College or Bachelor's program in administration, human resources or industrial relations
  • Internship must be credited/certified by the educational institution as part of the current diploma
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Demonstrated competencies: Action oriented, Customer Focus, Decision quality, Differences, Nimble learning, Situational adaptability
