Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
  • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Ability to identify, develop and recommend strategic directions and business positions
  • Ability to plan and execute projects and activities
  • Ability to manage results, performance, quality and client/partner satisfaction
  • Ability to develop training and skills development strategies and action plans
  • Ability to manage budgets
  • Ability to work with senior management, decision-making bodies and stakeholders across fields
