Support team management
Coordinate the unit’s activities, action plans and initiatives
Coach and guide a team composed primarily of highly experienced professionals
Assign tasks and activities and regularly monitor progress
Support talent development and employee engagement

Identify, develop and recommend strategic directions and business positions
Help determine the unit’s service offer and ensure projects and activities are planned and executed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
