About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative support to Desjardins components
- Help administer specialized products and member/client accounts
- Serve as a technical expert and provide discipline-specific support for unit activities, initiatives and processes
- Research and analyze processes, information management and data processing
- Provide technical support for projects and complex operational issues
- Carry out specialized technical studies, research and analysis
- Serve as a resource person for submitting solutions and action plans
- Prepare technical notes to enhance users’ and teams’ skills and knowledge
- Help practitioners follow unit standards and processes and use business solutions, tools and systems
- Provide technical support for implementing new products and tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- General college diploma in a related field
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
- Advanced proficiency of English (level 5) due to the nature of the duties or work tools or interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
