About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own execution of approved enterprise priorities from planning through implementation and adoption
Lead complex technology, operational, process improvement, and organizational implementation projects across business units and functions
Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
Coordinate across DP Holdings (Group), DP 4-Wall, and Yourgi to ensure alignment and execution
Monitor project progress through tracking, risk management, issue resolution, and executive updates
Facilitate stakeholder communication, change management, testing, rollout, and adoption
Drive multiple high-priority initiatives concurrently and reduce project backlog

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of project or program management experience leading cross-functional initiatives
Demonstrated success managing complex projects from initiation through implementation
Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
Proficiency with project management methodologies
