About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and grow strategic partnerships across the payments, e-commerce, and technology ecosystems
  • Identify, negotiate, activate, and scale partnerships that generate Channel Influenced Revenue (CIR)
  • Expand the partner ecosystem and accelerate monetized technology integrations
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with partners
  • Monitor partner performance, assess ROI impact, and optimize outcomes
  • Act as the main point of contact between partners and internal teams
  • Translate partner opportunities and needs into clear internal actions
  • Collaborate with strategic partners and key accounts on integrations, product or technical needs, implementation, and joint opportunity pipelines
  • Activate and lead the roadmap for monetized technology integrations
  • Lead partnership agreement negotiations and manage new and existing partner relationships
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize partnership success and profitability

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5 years of experience in partnership or account management roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth through partnerships
  • Strong knowledge of the e-commerce and payments industry, especially within the LATAM region, and an understanding of key players and trends
  • Payment ecosystem and architecture knowledge is a plus, with familiarity in how to leverage technology to enhance partnerships
  • High-energy, positive, and relationship-driven profile, with the ability to stay close to partners, proactively engage them through frequent touchpoints and in-person meetings, and build trusted, long-term relationships
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and navigate conversations with partners at different seniority levels
  • Experience managing projects independently and handling multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced business proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
