About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Acquire complete knowledge of Trade Services processes
Work in Trade Services processes including settlement matching, fails, instructions, registered shares, confirmations, cancellations, reconciliation, transaction reporting, and trade investigation
Meet process SLAs, productivity, quality, and service specification requirements
Complete training targets for securities transfers, trade and non-trade matching, fails handling, confirmations, cancellations, corrections, share registration/deregistration, cash and stock reconciliation, transaction reporting, and trade investigation
Complete assigned work with required quality and productivity
Contact counterparts by email and phone for clarifications
Perform quality checks as required
Understand linkages between Trade Services processes and strive for process improvements
Participate in team meetings and company initiatives
Follow company rules, standard operating procedures, security policies, and procedures
Maintain MIS reports and analyze data using reporting/presentation tools
Continually upgrade domain knowledge and demonstrate company values
Meet productivity and quality targets and raise queries within stipulated TAT
Ensure completeness and correctness of MIS sheets

Requirements

What you’ll need

Graduate / Post-Graduate
German language (Level 3 & above for specific processes) mentioned beforehand
0-2 years of work experience
Good communication skills
Computer literate
Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
