Werken vanuit het kantoor in IJmuiden tijdens reguliere kantoortijden, maandag t/m vrijdag
Offshore technici ondersteunen met technische kennis, analyses en duidelijke instructies
Eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor technici bij complexe storingen en foutopsporingen
Foutmeldingen van Vestas-turbines analyseren en mogelijkheden voor remote troubleshooting bepalen
Feedback van servicemonteurs verwerken en vervolgacties definiëren
Benodigde reserveonderdelen en gereedschappen voor reparaties bepalen
Technische documenten en procedures opstellen en bijwerken
Velddata vertalen naar concrete verbetermaatregelen
Incidenteel offshore werken bij complexe storingen tijdens een 12-urige dienst

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ervaring als servicetechnicus of in technisch support van Vestas-turbines, bij voorkeur V80
Sterke analytische vaardigheden en oplossingsgerichtheid
Heldere communicatie en het goed kunnen uitleggen van technische informatie
Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels spreken en schrijven
Nauwkeurig werken en verantwoordelijkheid nemen
Teamspeler zijn
Ervaring met MS Office, zoals Word, Excel en Teams
Geldige werk- en verblijfsvergunning voor Nederland
