About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform manual functional, regression, and integration testing of enterprise applications
- Test REST APIs and validate functionality, data accuracy, and interactions between application components
- Perform data validation using MongoDB or other non-relational databases
- Analyze requirements and design, execute, and maintain test cases
- Identify, document, and track defects, and verify fixes
- Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Participate in testing discussions and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes
- Document testing results and communicate findings, risks, and quality concerns to the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing
- Strong experience with REST API testing using Postman or similar tools
- Experience with non-relational databases, such as MongoDB, for data validation
- Familiarity with cloud environments and cloud-based applications
- Experience designing, executing, and maintaining test cases and other test documentation
- Understanding of software testing methodologies, test design techniques, and QA best practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Upper-Intermediate English level
- Desirable: hands-on experience with AWS
- Desirable: familiarity with POS systems or payment processing workflows
- Desirable: experience testing complex enterprise applications with multiple integrations
