About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform manual functional and regression testing of web applications
Test UI functionality and responsive layouts, ensuring consistency with designs
Test REST APIs using Postman
Perform basic data checks in MongoDB
Analyze requirements and develop, execute, and maintain test cases
Identify, document, and track defects
Verify fixes
Collaborate with the development team to investigate issues, address quality concerns, and improve software reliability
Help ensure the quality and reliability of a React-based POS and business management platform integrated with existing APIs

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing of web applications
Hands-on experience with REST API testing using Postman
Basic MongoDB skills, including connecting to databases and performing simple data checks
Familiarity with cloud-based application environments
Solid understanding of software testing principles and test design techniques
Experience with test documentation and defect management
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Proactive approach to identifying issues and ensuring software quality
Upper-Intermediate English level
Experience with responsive UI testing (desirable)
Experience working with UI designs (desirable)
