About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to the quality and reliability of POS solutions through hands-on manual testing and close collaboration with global teams and stakeholders
Execute manual testing of POS applications across web, Windows, Android, and iOS platforms
Perform REST API testing and validate system integrations
Verify new features, enhancements, and bug fixes to ensure reliable performance
Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution
Create, maintain, and update test cases, test plans, and other QA documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality throughout the entire SDLC

Requirements

What you’ll need

1.5+ years of experience in software testing focused on manual testing
Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and SDLC/STLC
Hands-on experience testing web applications
Practical experience with REST API testing using Postman or similar tools
Experience creating, executing, and maintaining test cases and documentation
Strong understanding of defect management, bug life cycle, and bug types
Hands-on experience with Jira
Intermediate+ English level for daily communication with global teams and stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Team-oriented mindset and experience working closely with in-office, cross-functional teams
Experience testing mobile applications (Android/iOS) (desirable)
Experience testing POS systems and hardware peripherals (desirable)
Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or POS industry (desirable)
Understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Kanban (desirable)
