About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Configure, customize, maintain, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
  • Extend Dynamics 365 functionality using approved technologies, including .NET Framework and JavaScript frameworks
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, queries, views, workflows/approval processes, customer service portals, and knowledge-management capabilities
  • Provide dedicated Tier III Dynamics 365/Power Platform development and analyst support to the in-house helpdesk and federal end users
  • Configure Dynamics CRM organizations and support application release management, deployment, troubleshooting, and production readiness
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, identity services, Exchange Online, and other client systems
  • Participate in unit, system, interoperability, regression, and user-focused testing before production deployment
  • Support Agile development and CI/CD practices, including source/configuration management and controlled deployment using Jira, GitHub Enterprise, and/or Azure DevOps Server
  • Support access, permission, and configuration management while maintaining agency security and lifecycle standards
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, FAQs, procedures, and training materials
  • Provide user training and support sessions and identify process, usability, and platform improvements
  • Partner with client development and maintenance teams, helpdesk staff, Government stakeholders, and other Microsoft platform teams
  • Troubleshoot production issues, validate changes, support testing, and assist with release planning

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Ability to obtain a DHS clearance required; current DHS clearance preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience, including direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform
  • Hands-on experience configuring, customizing, supporting, and troubleshooting Microsoft Dynamics 365 in an enterprise environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and development/configuration of business processes, reports, dashboards, views, queries, and approval workflows
  • Experience extending Dynamics 365 using .NET Framework and JavaScript; familiarity with React and/or jQuery is relevant to the current technical stack
  • Experience supporting application releases, deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and production support
  • Ability to work with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, identity/authentication, and enterprise integration dependencies
  • Experience producing clear technical/user documentation and working directly with end users to diagnose needs and provide training
  • Working knowledge of Agile development, source control, and CI/CD practices
  • Preferred: Experience with Dynamics 365 Government / Power Platform Government or another regulated Microsoft cloud environment
  • Preferred: Experience supporting federal civilian or DHS systems and formal security/change-control processes
  • Preferred: Experience with Azure services, Entra ID, Microsoft Graph API, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, or related Azure integration capabilities
  • Preferred: Experience with SharePoint integration, customer service portals, knowledge bases, and enterprise document-management workflows
  • Preferred: Familiarity with UI/UX and user-centered design principles for enterprise business applications
  • Preferred: Relevant, current Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and/or Azure certifications
