About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own a book of digital health and pharmacy accounts after signing
  • Serve as the main post-sale contact for assigned customers
  • Agree on success criteria with each account and track them
  • Run regular check-ins and business reviews using company templates, improving them over time
  • Monitor account health and act on early signs of trouble
  • Support renewals and identify expansion opportunities
  • Bring customer feedback and recurring issues to product and engineering with examples
  • Resolve customer issues end to end and escalate complex issues with appropriate context
  • Learn customer goals, follow through on commitments, monitor usage and support data, and identify opportunities for increased volume
  • Work closely with product and engineering
  • Individual contributor role with no quota or immediate people-management responsibility

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years in a post-sale, account-owning role (Customer Success, Account Management) with named accounts
  • Demonstrable outcomes such as renewals, saves, or account growth
  • B2B experience with company customers
  • Strong follow-through and ability to close the loop without being chased
  • Comfort reading dashboards and explaining changes
  • Ability to quickly learn prior authorization, benefit verification, PBMs, payers, telehealth, pharmacy operations, and the product
  • Pharmacy tech (CPhT) or pharmacy operations experience is a bonus
  • Experience supporting high-volume or integration-heavy customers, including APIs and EHRs, is a bonus
  • Early-stage startup experience is a bonus
  • Experience with CS tools such as Pylon, Gainsight, or Vitally is a bonus
  • Must be currently based in the SF Bay Area or open to relocating there
