About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Guide customers in delivering their projects and steer them toward successful completion
- Serve as the primary contact for customers and internal stakeholders on all project-related matters
- Build trusted customer relationships
- Gather business and technical requirements through workshops and interviews, as well as by analyzing existing processes and systems
- Translate customer needs into clear, actionable specifications
- Document requirements as epics, user stories with acceptance criteria, or a requirements specification
- Prioritize requirements with the customer and align them with the development team
- Define and refine project scope
- Manage change requests through a transparent, traceable change process
- Assess the impact of changes on budget, schedule, and resources
- Take responsibility for project coordination, including budget planning, milestones, resource management, and invoicing
- Work with the project team as well as the Sales and Finance teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Support Sales during the proposal phase with requirements clarification and effort estimation
- Ensure requirements remain traceable throughout the project lifecycle
- Support acceptance and sign-off based on agreed criteria
- Monitor agile processes, maintain the backlog, and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Informationstechnik oder eines vergleichbaren Fachs
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise auch im Konzernumfeld
- Erfahrung in der Umsetzung komplexer Softwarelösungen, Webanwendungen oder Plattformen
- Verständnis von Cloud-Architekturen, vorzugsweise Hyperscaler wie Microsoft Azure, AWS oder GCP
- Erfahrung im Einsatz von KI-Tools und KI-gestützten Arbeitsweisen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Erhebung, Formulierung und Pflege von Kundenanforderungen, vorrangig in agilen Projektumgebungen (Scrum, Kanban), ergänzend auch klassisch (z. B. Lastenheft)
- Sicherer Umgang mit Budget-, Ressourcen- und Meilensteinplanung
- Erfahrung im IoT-/IIoT-Umfeld von Vorteil
- Gespür für den Aufbau guter Kundenbeziehungen und stetiger Blick auf den Mehrwert für den Kunden
- Selbstorganisierte, proaktive, strukturierte und kreative Arbeitsweise
- Hands-on-Mentalität und Lust, eigene Ideen einzubringen und in tragfähige Lösungen umzusetzen
- Freude an der Arbeit in einem interdisziplinären, agilen Team mit flachen Hierarchien
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Deutsch mind. C1)
