Key responsibilities & impact

Join a small, lean engineering team to own and elevate the end-to-end user experience of the platform
Lead development of complex, data-heavy views, real-time chat interfaces, and interactive document-collaboration surfaces using React and TypeScript
Design and support Python and FastAPI microservices powering AI-driven document workflows
Work alongside product and design without silos
Independently drive key features from rich UI concepts to scalable, production-ready backend integrations

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of software engineering experience, with a primary focus and deep expertise in modern frontend development using React
Strong TypeScript skills
Experience managing complex state patterns using Redux Toolkit or equivalent
Experience with streaming UX and real-time UIs with native WebSockets
Proven experience building accessible, responsive interfaces with component libraries like Ant Design or Tailwind
Experience working across modern build tooling
Backend experience with Python and FastAPI in production environments
Knowledge of relational and document databases such as MySQL and MongoDB
Familiarity with AWS cloud architecture like ECS and RDS and basic infrastructure concepts
Advanced English level
