About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust frontend applications and scalable backend microservices
  • Build resilient, high-performance REST and GraphQL APIs using clean architecture and event-driven design patterns
  • Deploy, containerize, and manage applications on AWS
  • Design and optimize relational and NoSQL database models to ensure data integrity and high availability
  • Implement automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies
  • Monitor production environments, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and participate in incident response
  • Collaborate within a cross-functional international Agile/Scrum team
  • Participate in technical specification refinement, code reviews, and architectural discussions
  • Modernize core platforms and transition legacy architectures into a cloud-native, event-driven microservices ecosystem

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building enterprise-grade full-stack web applications
  • Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and strict TypeScript
  • Deep hands-on experience with Node.js (Express.js or NestJS) and microservices architecture
  • Solid experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, SQS, SNS, ECS, Lambda, IAM)
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI)
  • Proven experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS)
  • Proficiency in automated testing tools such as Jest, Vitest, or TestContainers
  • Professional fluency in spoken and written English
