About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain relationships with community gatekeepers and influencers to secure high-traffic venues for agent prospecting
- Source, plan, and host sales and marketing events focused primarily on lead generation
- Deliver Medicare educational presentations
- Collaborate with Broker Managers to align outreach strategies and coordinate agent assignments for events
- Train and motivate external agents on community-based marketing, event etiquette, and lead-generation techniques
- Partner with local provider groups on strategic co-op marketing initiatives
- Ensure activities adhere to Medicare marketing guidelines and CMS compliance regulations
- Track local ROI and refine market strategy
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be located in the Denver Metro County (Adams, Arapahoe, Broomfield, Clear Creek, Denver, Douglas, Elbert, Gilpin, Jefferson or Park)
- Existing network of community contacts and deep knowledge of the local senior landscape
- Must hold an active insurance producer license in your state of residence or obtain one within 90 days of hire, and maintain it in good standing
- Valid, unrestricted driver’s license
- Ability to travel across the local territory to manage events and relationships
- Proven experience in the Medicare Advantage industry
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced, startup-feel environment
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing market needs
- Technical savvy in a digital-first organization
- Stellar public speaking skills
- Ability to establish instant credibility with senior citizens and corporate stakeholders
- Customer-service-focused collaborator
- College degree preferred
