About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive a portfolio of member campaigns from intake through readout, spanning onboarding, clinical outreach, quality measures, plan comprehension, and digital adoption
  • Turn incoming requests into complete briefs and scoping documents capturing content and technical requirements
  • Shape new campaigns with engagement strategy and service design, including journey, channel mix, sequence, and ask
  • Build campaigns with holdouts or variants where feasible, documented hypotheses, and performance readouts
  • Partner with clinical, quality, product, and technology teams to turn program goals into action-driving campaigns
  • Own channel QA standards and run launch health checks covering volumes, replies, and errors
  • Apply suppression rules, respect contact history, and sequence competing member communications
  • Maintain automated campaigns through content refreshes, drift monitoring, and logic updates
  • Keep status, ownership, and next steps current in Monday.com
  • Give day-to-day direction to the Member Engagement Operations Associate on shared campaigns and QA
  • Deliver one scoped process improvement commitment per quarter with measurable before-and-after results
  • Apply AI to drafting, summarizing, QA checks, documentation, and first-pass translation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–6 years in project or program management, communications operations, or engagement operations
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience supporting health program engagement: getting people to schedule, verify, screen, refill, or complete something that's good for them
  • Hands-on experience with testing — you've run or supported an A/B test or holdout
  • Hands-on in a project management system (Monday.com, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet), configuring views and automations
  • Experience designing campaigns or member journeys, not only executing someone else's brief
  • Comfort using performance data to decide what to change next
  • A track record of improving process through checklists, templates, or automations
  • Real interest in AI tools and some hands-on experience
  • Strong writing and communication
  • Professional fluency in Spanish, written and spoken — desired
  • Experience in healthcare, public health, or another regulated environment — desired
  • Medicare Advantage or Stars/quality measures experience — desired
  • Light technical fluency: SQL, Looker or similar, or no-code/low-code workflow building — desired
