About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive clinical initiative deployment, workflow optimization, and change adoption across Devoted Medical clinical teams
- Analyze clinical operational needs and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define, refine, and implement clinical workflows
- Partner with leadership and training teams to execute new workflow rollouts
- Partner with Engineering, Data, AI, Operations, and Clinical Informatics teams to map, document, and optimize clinical workflows
- Collaborate with product and operational leadership to define priorities and develop monthly sprint plans
- Plan and manage end-to-end deployment of new clinical initiatives from pilot/Test Kitchen phases to enterprise-wide launch
- Develop and distribute communication plans, rollout materials, and training resources
- Facilitate end-user training and provide post-deployment troubleshooting
- Leverage EHR expertise to enhance system functionality and clinical practice alignment
- Evaluate usability, adoption, and operational impact; relay frontline feedback to R&D teams
- Achieve initiative adoption thresholds defined by Senior Leadership
- Maintain Orinoco EHR usability score targets
- Adhere to the enterprise change calendar and optimize launch transparency and timeliness
- Document scale, iteration, or sunset decisions for launched initiatives
- Maintain current and discoverable standards for cross-functional enterprise-wide workflows
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree with five years of healthcare or product management experience
- 2+ years experience with enterprise change management scaling
- Prior advanced or superuser EMR experience
- 2+ years experience in clinical project/process management or informatics experience
- Practicing Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with 5+ years of clinical experience (desired)
- An active license to practice in at least one Devoted Medical market (preferred)
- Master’s degree preferred, with two years of telehealth experience
- Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills
- Solution-oriented, critical analysis mindset
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
