Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Doctorate degree in Finance or a doctoral degree in a related field with 15 graduate credit hours in Finance is required
  • Applicants must upload unofficial graduate-level transcripts with their application
  • Degrees must be awarded by an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation, or by an international institution determined to hold equivalent accreditation
  • Prospective instructors should be employed as a corporate treasurer, controller, investment banker, securities analyst, or as a VP of commercial lending
  • CPA, CFA or CFM
  • 5+ years finance and/or securities experience
  • Additional requirements driven by state licensing or accreditation considerations may apply
  • Requisite subject matter expertise and outstanding communication skills
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development in instructional technology, digital literacy, and responsible AI practices
