About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own end-to-end product management across existing verticals, new verticals, and internal tooling
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, customers, and domain experts to identify problems, current processes, and evidence of value
  • Build complete solutions by configuring workflows, prompts, evaluation frameworks, and integrations using existing capabilities and agentic tools
  • Work with Engineering when platform changes are needed
  • Test customer and internal workflows against agreed quality criteria, review failures, and iterate
  • Coordinate launch readiness, onboarding, and handover with Product Delivery
  • Partner with Customer Success and Product Marketing on demos, enablement, and feedback
  • Track adoption, quality, time to first value, and commercial contribution
  • Demonstrate time savings, improved throughput, or reduced errors for internal tools
  • Reduce bespoke setup and support, build reusable workflows, and turn user learning into product improvements and roadmap input
  • Work with the Head of Product to understand problems and build, validate, launch, and improve solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Curiosity and adaptability; ability to learn new domains quickly
  • Experience in education, assessment, workflow automation, integrations, or AI evaluation is helpful, not required
  • Ability to use AI/agentic tools to build working solutions, inspect outputs, troubleshoot failures, and improve them
  • Ability to demonstrate useful solutions built and shipped, and explain decisions and results
  • Customer-close learning through user and domain-expert engagement
  • Ability to communicate tradeoffs clearly and follow through beyond demos
  • Demonstrated ownership valued more than years in a Product Manager title
  • Ability to work hands-on with customers, Customer Success, specialists, Engineering, and Product Delivery
