About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop full-stack Java applications using AI-assisted development tools
- Generate, refine, debug, optimize, and validate production-ready code

Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be local to Michigan for on-site interviews and on-site work requirements
- W2 only (Direct / 1-layer visa)
- No C2C or 3rd Party Submissions
- At least 8 years of experience
- Strong problem-solving, analytical reasoning, and critical-thinking skills
- Forward-thinking, solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly
- Strong proficiency leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar coding agents
- Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants for code generation, debugging, and optimization
- Ability to write, refine, and iterate prompts to guide AI development tools
- Experience validating AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and security
