About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Understand and translate business requirements into functional requirements for the development team using agile methodology
- Work closely with the Product Owner to align requirements with business objectives and capture them as user stories or backlog items
- Help create PBIs with workable and testable acceptance criteria and refine them
- Collaborate with business teams and developers on technical solution details
- Support the Product Owner as a business advisor by analyzing requirements, facilitating dialogue, and ensuring the team understands requirements and objectives
- Help test product backlog items and ensure delivery quality
- Analyze gaps and impacts for features and objectives
- Test and validate integrations developed by the development team
- Ensure solutions meet functional requirements and are ready for deployment
- Manage multiple stakeholders across different business areas
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least five years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in English; strong verbal fluency is essential
- Experience working in a multinational setup and collaborating with international teams
- Experience in the shipping and logistics industry and in system integrations projects is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Effective collaboration skills
