About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage customer receivables
  • Monitor collection processes
  • Assess credit risks
  • Ensure effective execution of credit control processes
  • Cover accounts for major international clients
  • Communicate periodically in writing and in person with counterparts
  • Reconcile account balances and follow up on settlements
  • Monitor overdue receivables daily and prepare aging reports
  • Share foresight with Finance functions regarding invoicing, revenue assurance, cash flow planning and bad debt management
  • Work in sync with Business Operations, Sales and Customer Services for covered clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related fields
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Formal diction and high representation
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical problem-solving thinking
  • Capable of quick follow-up and control
  • Results-oriented
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with SAP will be a major plus
