About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise customers on pet insurance by phone
- Speak with pet owners and answer their questions about insurance plans
- Handle only inbound inquiries from prospects who actively call and are interested in pet insurance
- Contribute to building a startup in the digital pet insurance sector
Requirements
What you’ll need- Affinity for animals and ideally experience with pets through personal ownership, family, volunteering, or studies (e.g., veterinary medicine)
- Sales experience and enthusiasm for speaking with prospective customers
- Energetic and engaging phone manner
- Reliability and flexibility
- Available to start immediately
- Willingness to work 20 hours per week
- Fixed working days and hours
- Enrolled in a degree program for at least another 1.5 years
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
