About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop high-quality technical documentation, SOPs, and training materials
Document system workflows supporting budgeting and allocations
Document data models, data flows, and financial calculations
Document integrations between finance systems and enterprise platforms
Create architecture, process, and data diagrams using Visio
Translate complex technical and financial concepts into structured documentation
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, process flows, data mapping documents, and project artifacts
Serve as liaison between Finance, Business, and Technology teams throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business and reporting objectives
Support data validation, reconciliation, testing, and UAT activities
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Coordinate across ERP, Essbase, and OAC teams to support end-to-end solution delivery
Communicate complex business and technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting Finance, ERP, and enterprise reporting initiatives
Hands-on development experience with Oracle ERP, Essbase, or OAC
Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, and reporting requirements
Strong functional knowledge of Oracle ERP Financials, including GL, AP, and Fixed Assets
Understanding of Essbase cubes, dimensions, hierarchies, and financial reporting concepts
Understanding of Oracle Analytics Cloud capabilities for dashboards, reporting, KPIs, and analytics
Local Charlotte, NC residency
Available for a hybrid onsite schedule of 3 days per week
US Citizen or Green Card holder eligible to work on W2
