Requirements

What you’ll need

Leads Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) strategy, automation, reliability by design, and observability
Reduces incidents and improves recovery
Skilled in resilient engineering, risk control, and scaling operations across complex banking and payments environments
Must have experience in all four key pillars of Site Reliability Engineering
Hands-on experience with Dynatrace and Splunk
Ability to work a hybrid schedule from Charlotte, NC
Eight or more years of experience
Flexibility, ability to navigate ambiguity, and ability to establish credibility among technical peers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience leading an SRE transformation in a large regulated enterprise
Experience implementing SLO, SLI, and error budget frameworks at scale
Demonstrated reductions in incidents, MTTR, operational toil, and reliability risk
Experience influencing senior executives on reliability measurement and funding
Must hold work authorization that does not require visa sponsorship now or in the future
