About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead technical discovery and design end-to-end infrastructure solutions for complex enterprise projects
Develop architecture options, assess trade-offs and validate designs with Infrastructure experts
Work directly with enterprise customers to understand requirements, explain and defend technical decisions, and challenge requests when appropriate
Support Presales on complex technical opportunities and RFPs
Stay involved during implementation to ensure delivery aligns with the agreed architecture
Create architecture documentation, procedures and reusable technical knowledge
Own architecture and design while Infrastructure teams handle implementation
Take technical ownership of architectures for major enterprise projects supporting thousands of contact center agents

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong background in infrastructure engineering and architecture
Deep hands-on understanding of complex on-premise environments
Solid expertise across networking, connectivity, virtualization and physical infrastructure
Broad understanding of cloud, security, integrations and distributed systems
Proven ability to design end-to-end infrastructure architectures and evaluate trade-offs
Experience working directly with enterprise customers on technical discovery, architecture and solution design
Ability to communicate complex technical decisions clearly and credibly
Strong technical documentation skills
Fluent French and strong professional English
Experience with CCaaS, contact center or enterprise communications (nice to have)
Voice or telecom expertise (nice to have)
Security and compliance knowledge (nice to have)
Experience designing solutions for large French enterprises (nice to have)
