About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Brand and Category teams to improve decision quality and optimize investment allocation
- Support strategic and financial objectives through robust analysis, financial insight and influential business partnering
- Translate global category strategy into financial plans and challenge investments to ensure sustainable value creation
- Evaluate investment opportunities, business cases and strategic initiatives
- Develop financial plans, forecasts and robust financial outcomes from category, brand and strategic priorities
- Analyze and challenge A&P investment, innovation initiatives and portfolio decisions to maximize return on investment
- Identify risks, opportunities and investment trade-offs
- Support resource allocation and investment reallocation decisions throughout the year
- Manage budgets through forecasting, tracking and insight generation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business or related disciplines
- Typically 5–8+ years Finance experience across Commercial Finance, Marketing Finance, FP&A, Financial Control or Strategy Finance
- Strong analytical capability
- Proven experience influencing decision making through financial insight, investment appraisal and strategic analysis
- Competencies in Strategic Influence, Financial Judgement & Investment Analysis, and Strategic Decision Making & Financial Judgement
