About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and advise CAPEX projects as an OT and Digital Subject Matter Expert
- Coach project teams in new standards and ways of working
- Provide OT support to projects across Diageo’s global manufacturing portfolio, including large-scale projects
- Apply specialist OT engineering knowledge to required technical specifications and standards
- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external resources and subject matter experts
- Enable projects to deliver scope safely, on time, within budget, and to expected standards
- Manage risk and resolve issues
- Develop OT project documentation, processes, and guidance for tendering packs, contractor management, and supplier KPIs
- Maintain relationships with OT delivery partners and main contractors
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Specialist OT engineering knowledge
- Awareness of ISA99/IEC-62443, NIST CSF, and ISO 27001 desirable
- Risk-based approach to problem solving
- Deep knowledge and experience delivering and leading OT engineering projects and programs
- Ability to question and challenge to enable decision making
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities and senior partners
- Confidence to make bold design decisions where guidance does not exist
- Ability to work globally across different markets, functions, time zones, cultures, and styles
