About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a subject-matter expert on the systems being implemented
Plan system implementations for clients
Configure systems for client rollouts
Configure and maintain scenarios in demonstration environments
Create user guides and keep the knowledge base up to date in line with releases
Develop educational presentation materials and technical system demonstrations
Train end users on how to use the implemented system and provide technical support throughout the implementation
Lead or attend system demonstration meetings for stakeholders
Conduct preliminary analysis of bugs or enhancements requested by users and report the relevant tickets to the Support team
Track and manage user request tickets opened during implementation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to work with users who are resistant to change and the standardization of processes
Ability to understand system processes and complex configurations
Ability to identify operational and system-related issues and report them to the Development team
Excellent writing and editing skills for creating tutorials and guides for the system knowledge base
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with users and leaders
Ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment
Experience in social housing, land regularization, or the relocation of families in social housing projects (a plus)
Familiarity with data analysis and indicator development (a plus)
Familiarity with programming logic (a plus)
Genuine appreciation for people (cultural plus)
