Partner with customers to successfully deliver DMS projects in the municipal sector
Systematically capture and analyze business and technical customer requirements
Configure and migrate the komXwork DMS solution
Conduct targeted training sessions and workshops for users and project stakeholders
Support testing and go-live activities
Ensure the long-term stability and reliability of ongoing operations
Analyze challenges and contribute to the further development of existing standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2 years of professional experience in the public sector, municipal environment, or at an IT systems integrator
Hands-on experience with SQL databases and PowerShell
Experience with Microsoft server environments is a plus
Experience installing, implementing, or using DMS and ECM systems, as well as electronic records systems, is an advantage
Solution-oriented and structured approach, with the confidence to challenge existing practices and the determination to see things through
Approachable and personable demeanor
Fluent German, both written and spoken
Category B driver's license
