Support municipal DMS projects through to successful completion in a collaborative partnership
Systematically gather and analyze customer requirements, both functional and technical
Configure and migrate the komXwork DMS solution
Conduct training sessions and workshops for users and project stakeholders
Support testing and go-live activities
Ensure the sustainable continuity of ongoing operations
Analyze challenges and contribute to the further development of existing standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2 years of professional experience in the public sector, municipal environment, or an IT systems company
Practical experience working with SQL databases and PowerShell
Experience with Microsoft server environments is preferred
Experience installing, implementing, or using DMS and ECM systems, as well as electronic file systems, is a significant advantage
Solution-oriented and structured approach, with the confidence to ask challenging questions and the determination to see things through
Approachable and personable manner
Fluent written and spoken German
Class B driver's license
Residence in Bavaria
