About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technology-specific consulting in the Salesforce environment
- Manage projects independently and in a structured, service-oriented, customer-focused manner
- Design processes and features for digital services and products within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Serve as Proxy Product Owner in agile projects when applicable
- Advise clients on operationalizing digital solutions across the Customer Journey
- Interface between strategy consulting, UX, and technical implementation
- Integrate customer requirements into Salesforce solutions
- Perform requirements engineering and business process analysis
- Guide improvements to business processes
- Assist with operational implementation of Salesforce configurations tailored to customer needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid expertise in Digital Sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) using Salesforce
- Minimum of three years’ experience in sales and marketing projects within the automotive sector
- Strong background and experience in requirements management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Fluent German and English skills required (C1 level or higher)
- Strong abstract thinking and analytical abilities
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, features, and configuration options
- Excellent technical understanding
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in the role
- Experience with requirements engineering and business process analysis
- Ability to assist with Salesforce configuration implementation
