About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare the content for client workshops and deliver them as part of the team
- Evaluate use cases, assess data availability, and determine feasibility
- Translate complex ML concepts into clear business cases
- Turn workshop outcomes into technical roadmaps
- Work with ML teams on effort estimates and proposal content
- Analyze client data and build clickable prototypes and small demos
- Provide technical expertise during discovery calls and feasibility assessments
- Further develop workshop frameworks and templates
- Act as a bridge between ML scientists and clients’ business departments
- Take the technical lead in workshops and pre-sales meetings
- Collaborate with account management, business development, technical teams, and clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering
- Ideally 2–5 years of consulting experience
- Experience working directly with clients on projects
- Exposure to multiple industries is a plus
- Understanding of how ML models work
- Knowledge of databases
- Practical data science experience and strong coding skills, particularly in Python, are a plus
- Hands-on mindset and enthusiasm for quickly building initial prototypes
- Confidently facilitate discussions with clients
- Ability to explain technical content in a way that is appropriate for both business and IT audiences
- Business-fluent German for the DACH region
- Fluent English for internal communication
- Willingness to collaborate closely, share knowledge, and give direct feedback
