Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare the content for concept and evaluation workshops and conduct them together with Account Management
Evaluate use cases based on the available data and assess their technical feasibility
Analyze customer data in Python
Build clickable prototypes or small demos
Implement smaller projects independently
Translate workshop results into a technical roadmap
Own the technical aspects of proposals, including effort estimates
Provide technical support during discovery calls and on feasibility-related questions
Further develop workshop frameworks and templates
Align solution approaches and effort estimates with Sales, Account Management, and ML Scientists
Assume technical responsibility during the concept phase of customer projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 to 5 years of professional experience overall
Hands-on experience applying ML models in projects
Proficiency in Python and databases
Ability to assess suitable methods for use cases and their data requirements, ranging from classical ML to LLM-based approaches
Experience in customer projects, including direct project delivery with customers
Experience preparing and moderating meetings with business departments and management
Excellent degree in a quantitative field, such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, or Engineering
Confidently moderate discussions and explain technical content clearly to business stakeholders and IT teams
Business-fluent German (C2)
Fluent English for internal collaboration
Hands-on mindset and enthusiasm for rapidly creating initial prototypes
Willingness to work closely as part of a team, share knowledge, and give and receive direct feedback
