About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect for and develop new customers and opportunities in FWA, Mobile Gateway, M2M, and IoT
- Understand customer needs, identify value-creation opportunities, and develop compelling value propositions
- Own, protect, and grow recurring revenue through renewals, expansion, and net revenue retention
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across OT, IT, Security, and AI buyers
- Co-sell managed connectivity with carriers and alliance partners
- Execute regional sales plans and achieve revenue, recurring-revenue, pipeline, and customer-capture objectives
- Create and deliver formal presentations
- Conduct regular account and territory reviews
- Participate in trade shows, seminars, and sales and marketing events
- Maintain product, managed-connectivity, target-market, and competitive knowledge
- Develop targeted marketing plans to recruit end users, resellers, integrators, and corporate partners
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting, forecasts, account profiles, and updates for management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 7 years of successful sales experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and education
- Successful experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions to technical and business buyers, including OT, IT, and Security
- Excellent presentation and organization skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teaming skills
- Networking industry experience
- Successful experience selling cloud-managed devices with subscriptions, licenses, or SaaS
- Ownership of a recurring / MRC revenue number
- Successful sales experience with a Managed Service Provider in the infrastructure/networking space
- Experience co-selling with wireless carriers / mobile network operators such as AT&T, Verizon, or T-Mobile
- Understanding of data communications concepts
- Experience with a two-tier sales model and channel ecosystem including distributors, VARs, SIs, and alliance partners
- Experience with industry-proven sales methodologies
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Valid work authorization in the United States at the time of application; visa sponsorship is not provided
