About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process for the MSBU business
  • Build, validate, and continuously refine the demand plan with Product Management and Sales
  • Own the weekly sales forecast cadence and BU-to-Supply review calls
  • Drive alignment and decisions to closure across stakeholders
  • Translate demand into an executable supply plan
  • Set and manage safety stock and other supply-assurance mechanisms
  • Maintain NetSuite planning parameters including safety stock, lead times, MOQs, and lot sizes
  • Run scenario and what-if planning for capacity constraints and demand risk
  • Drive finished-goods ordering with contract manufacturers
  • Plan and track manufacturing plan builds through delivery
  • Manage contract manufacturer and supplier performance using performance scorecards
  • Partner with Sourcing and Procurement to reduce lead times and improve supply responsiveness
  • Support component and part risk, obsolescence, EOL monitoring, single-source supplier risk, and last-time-buy decisions
  • Lead demand and supply planning for new product introductions from pilot to volume production
  • Represent MSBU in efforts to eliminate purchase price variance
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Finance on inventory turns and cash flow goals
  • Own monthly executive reporting on demand and supply status, inventory liability, turns, cash flow, and PPV

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or S&OP, ideally in a contract manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable planning decisions
  • Ability to own a process end-to-end and drive cross-functional alignment
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional and contract manufacturer-facing discussions
  • Willingness to travel periodically for contract manufacturer site visits
  • Awareness of and ability to support export control (EAR) and conflict minerals reporting requirements
  • NetSuite application experience
  • Excel, including advanced functions/modeling (required)
  • PowerBI
  • AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot
  • APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred
  • Must reside in the Continental United States
  • Candidates must have valid work authorization in the United States at the time of application
