About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain and evolve cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure
Maintain hybrid CI infrastructure and improve build/test environment reliability
Provide tooling, guidance, and environment stability to engineering teams
Develop automation and optimize resource utilization to reduce infrastructure costs
Own monitoring, observability, and alerting across infrastructure
Ensure issues are detected early and incidents are resolved quickly
Champion security best practices, including IAM policies, secrets management, and vulnerability management
Improve development and deployment processes through automation and efficiency initiatives
Maintain SaaS infrastructure for reliability, scalability, and security
Mentor and support junior engineers
Help develop next-generation networking appliances and software platforms

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 years in a DevOps role
Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and CI/CD processes
Hands-on experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions
Proven experience with AWS
Proven experience with Kubernetes
Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages
Solid system administration skills, including user management, security hardening, OS installation, patching, and system monitoring
Experience with networking fundamentals, including VPCs, DNS, load balancers, VPNs, and firewalls
Familiarity with observability tooling such as Grafana or Prometheus
Experience managing IAM, least-privilege access, and secrets management
Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering and product teams
Valid work authorization in the United States at the time of application
Visa sponsorship is not available
Experience with Azure, DevSecOps practices, and cost management are desired but not required
