About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor, follow, and videotape subjects during their daily activities
- Pursue subjects by vehicle and on foot while maintaining cover
- Film subjects in varied locations, including grocery stores and sporting events
- Develop pre-surveillance strategies based on setup location and case details
- Write detailed reports on observed and captured activities
- Submit video evidence
- Communicate regularly with the team leader regarding setup positions, activity, and tactics
- Conduct covert investigations into potentially fraudulent workers’ compensation claims
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 21 years or older
- Availability for an average of 50 hours per week, including commute and drive time
- Willingness to travel out of town for 10–15 days per month
- Availability to work any day of the week, including every weekend and holidays
- Ability to start as early as 5:00 am daily, with occasional evening work
- Ability to pass DMV check and background check
- Confident driving skills
- Must currently reside in the Greater Milwaukee area
- Availability to work a 5-day schedule averaging 10 hours per day, including weekends and holidays
