About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct undercover surveillance on suspected fraud cases
Adapt to changing environments with quick-thinking and disguises to collect video evidence of a subject’s activity
Work independently in the field with minimal supervision
Update the Ops team by quick calls/texts
Use video cameras frequently
Maintain stakeout positions for extended periods
Tail subjects by foot and vehicle
Drive in urban, rural, and suburban communities, including long distances and all weather conditions

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED
Must be at least 21 years old
Must have valid driver’s license
Must currently live in Massachusetts
Open availability, including weekends and holidays (average 50 hours/week)
Ability to start work as early as 5am daily with occasional work into the evenings
Ability to pass DMV and background checks
Confidence while driving and while being undercover in any environment
Willingness to travel and stay overnight on remote assignments as needed
NO PI LICENSE REQUIRED
No specialized training, credentials, or experience required
