About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work on exciting projects for renowned banks
- Build and further develop the finwyz+ analysis platform
- Advise clients on AI, Daily Banking (Neo-Wealth), and Crypto
- Deliver AI and Crypto training sessions
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization
- Develop solution concepts
- Design customer applications and plan and execute projects
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams
- Actively shape internal solutions and best practices to continuously improve our consulting services
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 2 years of professional experience at a startup, product provider, or agency
- Experience with agile projects; certifications are desirable
- Knowledge of digital trends and technologies in the financial sector, particularly AI, Neo-Wealth, or Crypto
- Strong technical background and technical aptitude
- Experience developing digital strategies and implementing digital projects
- University degree in business administration, business informatics, finance, or a comparable qualification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong willingness to learn and desire for continuous development
- Team player with an independent working style and strong customer focus
- Very good German skills (at least C1 level) and good written and spoken English
