About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and implement software rollouts together with customers based on contractual agreements
- Clarify business and technical requirements and advise customers
- Analyze data and interfaces and support data preparation and consolidation for application integration
- Configure application parameters jointly with customers in accordance with the Implementation Guide
- Train and instruct administrators and users
- Create and publish guides and help topics through various channels
- Coordinate and align activities between customers and agile development teams
- Support the agile project team with customization projects
- Support the Customer Service team after go-live and act as a point of contact for application-related questions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree in business administration, computer science, or a comparable completed qualification
- Strong customer focus
- Initial professional experience in project management or project coordination, ideally in an automotive supplier environment
- Solution-oriented approach, strong analytical skills, and a hands-on mentality
- Independent working style and a high level of commitment
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent German and English skills
- Ideally, experience with Confluence, Jira, and standard office applications
